• Manage and grow the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide exceptional client service and support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions in legal, finance, tax, and HR areas.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.

• Participate in sales activities and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the legal, finance, tax, or HR sectors.
• Strong understanding of legal, finance, tax, and HR regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
