As an Export-Import Staff, you will be responsible for managing the entire export-import process, including but not limited to, preparing shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about international trade and logistics, and wants to work in a fast-paced environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire export-import process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all export-import transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses for management
- Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade and logistics
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international trade and logistics
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with trade documentation software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently
