📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management, providing regular updates and reports.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Ensure that projects are executed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that projects are aligned with technical requirements and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT project management to continuously improve project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating IT projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and closure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or a related project management certification is a plus.
