As a Barista at Kadai Kawa, you’ll be at the heart of our café, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and snacks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the preparation of food items, such as pastries and snacks.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed.
• Enthusiasm for the Minang-inspired food and beverage culture.
• Ability to work part-time hours, typically 15-20 hours per week.
