📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in the management and operation of the vessel.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Oversee the navigation and watchkeeping of the vessel.,Maintain and monitor the vessel's safety equipment and systems.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage plans.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and other vessels for safe and efficient operations.,Handle crew management tasks including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or Assistant Captain.,Valid Maritime License (STCW) and other relevant certificates.,Good knowledge of maritime navigation rules and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment.
