📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating departmental activities and projects.,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Assist in recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.,Handle departmental budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of electronics and related technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
