📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the Sector Landscape Review Programme Office, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive landscape reviews, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with AIC's strategic goals and community care objectives.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Jira to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates to the senior management team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in community care.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and community stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community care, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
