PRIMA Lestari is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our purchasing department by managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate prices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
