📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of business development activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
