Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Maintain and update employee records,Administer HR policies and procedures,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives,Provide administrative support to the HR department,Assist in the development and implementation of HR metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus
