In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to retail outlets.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.,Prepare and submit regular reports on distribution activities and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail and distribution software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
