📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client-specific strategies.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and provide recommendations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
