Fresh Global Unggul is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Captain to join our team in Solo. As a Lead Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Ensure the restaurant is well-presented and clean at all times, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant certifications.
