📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of QA engineers and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Setting quality standards and ensuring that they are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Designing and implementing test strategies and frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring that best practices in software development are followed.
  • Identifying and tracking software defects and working with development teams to resolve them.
  • Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that software quality meets business requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software testing.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on the status of software quality to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    <li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li><li>Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.</li><li>Experience with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.</li>
