📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, including staffing, inventory, and operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer experience.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
