📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth retail operations.,Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Ensure accurate stock levels and inventory management.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Train and develop new team members to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
