📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online stores on platforms like Tokopedia and Shopee, ensuring high visibility and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Engage with customers through Instagram and other social media channels, providing excellent service and promoting our products.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital sales and e-commerce.
• Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and support to other sales staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive and motivated attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
