📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
