📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the hotel and coffee shop,Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Manage inventory and ordering of supplies,Assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities,Support the front desk and housekeeping staff as needed,Maintain accurate records of operations and customer feedback,Assist in training new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with basic computer software,Knowledge of hospitality industry standards,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
