📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Manage the store, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.,Assist with sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and through marketing materials.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
