📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in the conduct of employee training and development programs, including the scheduling of training sessions and the evaluation of training effectiveness.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disputes, working to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Support the HR team in the administration of payroll, including the calculation of wages and the distribution of paychecks.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies, including the conduct of employee surveys and the analysis of employee feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
