As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to trainers and employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
