📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and implement measures to drive growth and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a financial or retail environment.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
