📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.,Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans and initiatives.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with the last 5 years in a senior finance role.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and driving financial performance.,Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and data analysis software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
