📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.,Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality.,Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective resolution of identified issues.,Lead and mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support.,Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools to improve testing processes.,Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in manual testing and software quality assurance.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.,Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.,Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
