As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing a team of staff, and driving sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, from inventory management to customer service, and will work closely with the brand's headquarters to ensure consistency in our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the brand's headquarters to ensure consistency in products, services, and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Promote the brand and its values to customers and the local community.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to apply them to the store's merchandise.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
