📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation,Manage and train a team of employees,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor inventory and ordering processes,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency,Strong knowledge of bakery operations and quality standards,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required),Fluent in Indonesian and English
