You'll work with QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software to maintain our financial systems. With 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team and help us achieve our financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor and maintain financial systems using QuickBooks, SAP, and other relevant software.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support property management decisions.
• Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence.
• Support the senior management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on property management or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
