📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to manage supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
• Utilize SAP MM (Materials Management) and other inventory management tools to track and analyze inventory data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control and procurement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or procurement.
• Proven experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
