📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage patient records and medical documentation using Epic Systems and Meditech
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care
- Assist in the scheduling and management of healthcare appointments
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and healthcare standards
- Support the biomedical team in maintaining and updating medical equipment and supplies
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare operations team
- Assist in the development and implementation of new administrative processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the hospital information system
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in biomedical administration or healthcare operations
- Proven experience with Epic Systems and Meditech
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
