📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Optimize Shopify stores for performance, SEO, and user experience.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Manage and analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns to reach and engage our target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce efforts with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the e-commerce platform and digital marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Proven expertise in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
