📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process disbursements for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a maritime logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
