• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with orders, taking customer preferences and ensuring accurate fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and customers.
• Assist with inventory management, keeping track of stock levels and restocking as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
