As an HR Intern at Mitra Adiperkasa, you’ll be immersed in the daily operations of our HR department. You’ll assist in recruiting top talent, manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and support our HRIS system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition process.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.
• Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing HR skills.
