📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize Shopify stores for performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Manage and analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns to reach and engage our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the e-commerce platform and digital marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
