You’ll work with our US and Tagalog-speaking clients, using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams to manage and resolve inquiries efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical and customer service support to US and Tagalog-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Use Zendesk to manage and track customer tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the team using Microsoft Teams to share updates, documents, and coordinate efforts.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer data, track interactions, and provide personalized support.
• Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing support to the team.
• Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our customer service processes.
